Personify is looking for a talented, Web Project Manager to join our Interactive team. Our projects consist of highly visible web strategy, information architecture, web design and usability engagements on a variety of content management platforms. This individual will play a key role in the success of our clients' websites, which touch millions of constituents around the world.
Day-to-day contact with clients
Internal resource allocation
Project plans, timeline, status reports
Ensuring the highest quality in all deliverables
Adherence to all budgets
Minimum of five years of experience leading dynamic website design, development and implementation projects
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Familiarity with best practices in information architecture, usability and user-centered design
Ability to solve problems and recommend strategic, cost-effective solutions to clients under pressure
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple resources (information architects, user-experience designers, front-end developers) across multiple projects under tight deadlines
Impeccable attention to detail
Interest in staying on the forefront of technology and industry trends
Positive, can-do attitude
Experience with a variety of content management systems - Ektron and Sitecore a plus
Hands-on experience assessing, organizing and labeling website content a plus
Experience with large associations and not-for-profit organizations a plus
