Responsibilities:
Developing and executing effective marketing campaigns to prospects and
current clients
Impacting the client's business by increasing productivity and
decreasing costs by selling Select Staffing's recruitment strategies,
that'll meet your client's unique needs
Staying in contact with current and past clients, thus developing more
business opportunities within their organizations, and maintaining good
professional relationships
Maintaining effective documentation and tracking sales activity, in the
company's software system
Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
A proven sales ability with success at building relationships and creating
customer loyalty
Excellent ability to multi-task and exercise effective time management
Ability to market to businesses in Pueblo and surrounding communities
Available and reliable transportation
Basic computer skills
Ability to pass a drug and background screen
This salaried position offers $30,000 base annual compensation with
additional bonus incentives, paid holidays, excellent benefits, mileage
reimbursement, desk and computer access at the Select Staffing office
conveniently located on Pueblo's northside, and a company cell phone.
