In this role, the Digital Content Manager will be responsible for developing the joint content plan for key digital customers and Johnson & Johnson. The incumbent will plan and execute of digital content on customer assets including websites, search, mobile, social media and in-store kiosks to support brand/franchise marketing strategies. The incumbent will create and oversee the day-to-day writing, editing and publication of content across the digital ecosystem, including web, mobile and social environments. The position must gather information from a variety of sources to present the digital shelf tell brand/category stories in a clear, cohesive and concise way. In addition, the colleague will also measure content effectiveness via web metrics to monitor progress against strategic enterprise priorities as well as specific business campaigns.
The incumbent will be responsible for the following: Develop editorial plan and content calendar for key digital customers working with the brand marketing team. Develop & publish content ensuring the brand digital shelf meet best practice on customer assets including websites, search, mobile, social media and in-store kiosks. Collaborate with individual customer business leads to support digital publishing needs of businesses. Create and maintain digital content standards for a full range of different digital media including publications, PDFs, web content, multimedia content, and social content; serve as gatekeeper to ensure that standards are met prior to content publication. Ensure content created is modified to meet various devices (desktop, tablet and mobile). Maintain indexed content archive. Monitor Content Effectiveness. Ensure web content is meeting needs and interests of visitors by analyzing digital metrics and reporting findings to enterprise marketing team and other internal stakeholders. Leverage best practices to help ensure content findability. Solicit and respond to user feedback. Ability to work strategically with internal clients at all levels of the organization to identify and meet business goals. Cross-functional/team (indirect management) is critical.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor?s degree required. A Bachelor?s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Multimedia, Business, or related field preferred. A minimum of 5 years of overall business experience is required. Demonstrated experience independently managing digital content and web content strategy required. Previous experience in writing for digital media and/or managing web properties including creative, technical, or interactive staff and services, with client services, creative agency, content development, or association experience preferred. Broad knowledge of web content development, digital publishing, e-mail, and social media best practices, technologies, and tools preferred; knowledge of display and integration of multimedia content; experience managing large-scale Web properties preferred. Being well versed at creating engaging, accurate and informative content and the ability to write in different styles to appeal to multiple audiences required; editing knowledge and experience; understanding of editorial style guides, application of consistent editorial standards and application of standardized content tone and voice. Extensive Content Management System (CMS) experience; working knowledge of Sitecore is preferred. Familiarity creating and managing content across multiple (web, mobile, social) platforms required. Thorough knowledge of audience engagement strategies and tactics, and associated key performance indicators required. Demonstrated familiarity with Google Analytics preferred. Understanding of meta content strategies and tactics to optimize content for search engines required. Must have comprehensive knowledge of sales compliance policies and challenges; exceptional business communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate complex messages to diverse audiences. Comprehensive knowledge of consumer products industry, category, brand strategies, competitive products, classes of trade, and the ability to apply this knowledge to solve complex problems successfully required. This position will require up to 50% or more travel time and will be based in Bentonville AR.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
