Our client located in USA is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for a temporary assignment.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Answering customer's inquiries
Issue resolution
Contributing ideas/collaborating with team member to enhance workplace procedures
Providing excellent customer service and quality assurance
Scheduling projects and project delivery
Providing registration Support, Ticket Support, iNet/Phone/email Support to customers
File Management
Documentation of any issues that may arise
Any other duties as required
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs - Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Able to work in a team environment
Strong attention to detail
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Project management experience.
Formal Customer Service/QA background
4 Year College Degree or equivalent work experience highly preferred
Pay rate: $50 per hour.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
