Currently, BSR is searching for a part-time Service Representative to work at Callier Forest Apartment Homes in Rome, GA. The Service Representative will maintain the appearance of company grounds and perform other duties as assigned.
The Service Representative will be responsible for the following:
o Maintain grounds and common areas. Keep free of trash and debris.
o Cleans foyers and breezeways, laundry areas and all common areas daily.
o Delivers notices to residents as needed.
o Assists with make-ready apartments when needed. This will include painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs and housekeeping.
Requirements:
o High school education and/or technical school preferred but not required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
