Our team is growing and we are looking to add a Security Professional to our team. In this role you will be responsible for an array of duties which include:
o Co-manage security desk, which will include:
o Issuing temp and replacement badges daily on an as needed basis
o Verify all employees entering the building have a security badge
o Maintain security computer system as needed
o Work with HR and Facilities team on various administrative tasks.
o Watches for and reports irregularities, such as breaches, facility and safety hazards, emergency situations.
o Respond to emergencies with urgency and a professional presence.
o Enforce code violators i.e. loitering, smoking, parking violations.
o Escort employees to the parking lot as necessary.

Experience:
What does it take to work here?
o Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel and general public.
o Be the master of multi-tasking.
o Must have exceptional customer service skills - no wall flowers here.
o Ability to assertively address issues as needed.
o Be punctual and have good work ethic.
o 1-3 years experience in a security role.
o Successfully pass a criminal background check.
o High School Diploma or GED required.
In addition, you'll need to be able to:
o Sit or stand for an 8-hour shift.
o Hear and talk on a phone head/hand set.
o Work in various environments including adverse weather conditions (patrolling parking lot) such as cold, snow, rain and heat.
