The department of Information Technology Services at Iowa State University seeks applicants for a System Analyst III to lead the planning, design, development, implementation, and management of university application systems and methods, including an enterprise-wide content management system. The enterprise content management (ECM) system is a mission-critical information system that allows university personnel to capture, store, index and retrieve the organization''s documents and other content that relate to the organization''s processes.
Additional duties include forecasting internal and external client information system needs and requirements; Defining, researching, adapting, developing and implementing new technologies to meet these needs; and providing technical support and training to staff.
The successful candidate possesses strong technical skills combined with solid verbal and written communication skills in order to work in a complex, dynamic environment delivering high-quality, high availability software solutions to meet the needs of ISU''s students, faculty, and staff. Bachelor''s degree and four years experience or Master''s degree and two years experience. Experience must be at a comparable level and directly related to the duties and responsibilities of the position.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
