Full Time Day Time Catering Coordinator

We are looking for a catering coordinator who is:
Outgoing, Responsible, Detail and Service Oriented
Comfortable with computers
Have their own reliable vehicle with a clean driving record.
The candidate is the primary contact for all catering at each bakery-caf.
Previous banquet or event planning experience is helpful.
Basic hours are 7am to 3pm M-F with occasional early mornings and weekends required.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to work up to a 10 hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functions.
Will be required to lift up to forty pounds during the course of a workday.
Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure the safety of individuals and customer needs.
Will require bending, stooping, and occasional use of a ladder.
