Shifts:24/7 operation, and we seek flexibility to modify schedules to meet our needs as the
organization and workload grows. We request that a candidate be able to work any shift. Each shift is 8 hours, with two 15 minute breaks, and a 30 minute lunch.
Job Description:
Four to nine (4-9) years of related experience in information systems. Under general direction, applies specialized knowledge in a single discipline such as assembly/integration, cross-discipline functions, data engineering, industry expertise, knowledge engineering or legacy evolution. Applies specialization to conceptualize, design, construct, test and implement portions of business and technical information technology solutions through application of appropriate software development life cycle methodology. Interacts with the customer to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context and organizational strategic direction. defines scope, plans and deliverables for assigned projects. Collects, identifies, defines and organizes detailed user and information technology requirements. Coordinates and collaborates with others in analyzing collected requirements to ensure plans and identified solutions meet customer needs and expectations. Confirms and prioritizes project plans and deliverables with the customer. participates in business and technical information technology solution implementations, upgrades, enhancement and conversions. Understands and uses appropriate tools to analyze, identify and resolve business and or technical problems. Applies metrics to monitor performance and measure key project criteria. Prepares system documentation. establishes and maintains security, integrity and business continuity controls and documents. Participates in special studies. Stays current on emerging tools, techniques and technologies. Assists information engineers on application of specialized knowledge to coding, testing, implementation and documentation projects.
1. Able to walk, climb up and down ladders and ship stairways, bend, stoop, lift and carry equipment weighing 50 pounds or less.
2. Assist in providing connectivity to either the CLIENT network or legacy network.
3. Perform staging, delivery, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, de-installation and movement of equipment, and disassembly and reassembly of components and systems for each move (installing/removing cable/fiber, connections)
4. Install CLIENT infrastructure cabling to allow for quick removal of cables in the event of an emergency or where permanent infrastructure is not possible
5. Provide CLIENT field services and infrastructure support for ship and barge moves within the shipyard organization and moves within their assigned buildings and spaces.
6. Conserve and re-use materials where practical.
7. Provide flexibility in response to planned requirement changes and emergencies in order to support the critical Fleet maintenance and operational requirements
8. Monthly reports will include WFS switch inventory, bi-weekly hours expended per labor code, tasks planned, in process or completed by project
9. Possess basic hand tools to meet the requirements outlined within this Waterfront Support service

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
