Job Summary
The Guest Services Specialist provides patients & visitors with competent & courteous service. Duties will include greeting guests as they arrive and providing for all their information needs. The Guest Services Specialist will assist with escorting, parking needs, and transportation needs. This person will offer support to all customers as indicated and provide them the resources they need. Maintains the professional standards of conduct established by the Village Hospital cultural development model. Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required. Undergraduate Degree preferred. Computer Experience
Excellent communication skills with experience in customer service positions.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
