Job Function and Key Duties & Responsibilities Daily
Responsibilities:
o Daily Treasury functions for Distributors and NYLIM
o Daily Wires for all entities
o Reconcile with BFDS commission expense
o Bonaire Deliverables as requested- assist in model building and implementation
Monthly
Responsibilities:
Preparing memos for wire transfers and/or deposits; ensuring the proper accounting is used when posting expenses and income
Preparation of schedules and posting of journal entries and all account reconciliations
Sub-advisory fees monthly calculations and emailing of schedules
Preliminary net management fee income calculation
Sub-advisory reporting by fund category and by boutique
Purchase and Sales activity of NYLIM's investment in MainStay & ICAP Funds
Purchase and Sales Activity for Distributors investments
Sub Admin Fee to NYLIAC
McM Sourcing of Assets/Con Ed Prepaid
RPS Revenue Share Journal entries
Monthly journal entry for cash activity
Ad Hoc -Board analytics
Commission expense/Concession Income -Distributors
Month end Flash roll forward
NSCC activity for Distributors
Monthly Expense Accruals- NYLIM
Registration fees-Distributors
OBD Gating/Platform fees -Distributors
DAC Amortization
Prepare/coordinate all reconciliations for NYLIM and Distributors entities to provide to manager on BD12
Wire to BFDS for prefunding related to Commission activity
