Relevant Experience (Yrs)
3-4 yrs experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM with considerable exposure to 2011 Rollup 13 in Sales and Service modules
5-7 Years of Overall experience in Microsoft Technologies, primarily C#, .NET

Technical/Functional Skills
Hands on Experience in configuring and customizing MS Dynamics CRM.
Should have worked on extending dynamics CRM by writing Custom Pages, plugins, custom workflow activities and web resources.
Good understanding of CRM security model
Experience in creating OOB CRM and Custom/SSRS reports for CRM
Experience in integration of CRM with other applications using WCF services preferable.
Experience in support maintenance of enterprise wide CRM implementation preferable.
Knowledge and troubleshooting skills on SSIS / SSAS is desired.
Good Communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities
Provide workarounds, performing break/fix activities and resolve incidents within the agreed SLAs
Alert management, Resolution of issues, Patch management
User group and security management
Problem Management
Provide L2 support
SLA compliance, measurement and reporting
Monitoring the ticket queues
Coordination with offshore team on daily basis.
Understand requirements from client regarding change request / enhancement /support issue. Coordinate with offshore team for closure of the same.
Manage CRM environments for testing, UAT and production.
Fulfilling requests for small enhancements (RFC's) and defined standard services (RFS')
