Production Supervisor, Flex Shift

Supervising and coordinating the work of production personnel (approximately 25-50 people);
Analyzing work orders to estimate employee hours needed and create equipment operating schedules;
Estimating supplies required and ordering materials needed for production;
Planning physical layout of equipment according to work orders;
Coordinating with other departments to ensure customer deadlines are met;
Developing, recommending and implementing improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product;
Working a non-traditional schedule of 12 hours shifts, 3-4 days per week;
Maintaining records.
EDUCATION: 4-year degree is required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
One or more years of supervisory experience in a production environment;
Food manufacturing experience highly desired;
Strong reading, interpreting, writing and presentation skills;
Ability to perform math and computation problems;
Computer skills in word processing and spreadsheets;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
