SPROUL TROST, LLP, a highly regarded Roseville firm, is currently seeking experienced civillitigation/general business attorneys for its expanding practice. The part-time/full-time positions will involve extensive research and writing (briefs, pleadings, contracts, opinion letters, etc.), discovery, and trial/arbitration preparation.
Job Requirements:
Candidates must have 3 - 7
years of litigation and general business experience in a law firm
Strong academic qualifications
Extensive research, drafting/writing and analytical skills, including briefs, pleadings, discovery, etc.
Thorough knowledge of all forms of discovery and trial/arbitration preparation
Ability to build rapport with clients
Impeccable verbal communication skills
Proactive with a demonstrated history of strong project ownership
Active CA Bar license
