Job Responsibilities
Support all applications used by functional areas such as the BPM Paperless Workflow, call center management monitoring software, document management software, and other mission critical applications. Be responsible for the maintenance and updates to the call center technology (Call center software, workforce management, IVR. Troubleshoot problems in conjunction with corporate and internal IT, LAN, database, development, and server contacts. Ensure all applications used by Cahaba GBA maintain security standards as set forth by CMS. Provide recommendations and functional area support.
Qualifications
A bachelors degree is required. Diverse experiences working with technology such as call center applications, IVR scripting, web development tools, database design and network management (Voice over IP). Understanding of network architecture pertaining to technology such as Voice over Internet Protocol and Business Process Management technologies. Strong understanding of web design and support. Must be able to quickly diagnose an application problem, correct the problem individually, or call upon corporate support to bring about resolution. Must have strong interpersonal skills and serve as the face of the IT department. Strong Communication skills required. Must be able to successfully convey technical issues to non-technical associates.
Preferred: Background in DataPower development and administration preferred. Experience in abstracting design patterns and best practices would be a plus.
Software Preferred Requirements: Background in Java based web service development and/or implementation including administration and security preferred. SQL Querying and/or development skills preferred. Strong XML experience and XSLT skills preferred. Experience with JMS/MQ integration a plus. Experience integrating alerts with external SIEM tools like Splunk or Arcsight a plus.

The selected candidate will be required to pass a favorable background investigation and must take and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to remain employed in this position.
