Assigning and coordinating work on a production line;
Overseeing most of the day to day operations of the group;
Assigning employees to maximize production objectives, maintain quality and attain output requirements;
Maintains the log and prepares daily time sheets, production summaries, overtime and downtime reports;
Inspecting the product to ensure production specifications are met;
Participating in establishing and modifying operational methods and processes by recommending changes in materials, equipment and procedures.
EDUCATION: High School diploma required; post high school education is a plus.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

years of manufacturing leadership experience;
Must have experience supervising 80-100 employees;
Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
