Pathstone Home Care seeks a Home Health Aide to join its team. Pathstone Home Care provides in-home and community based services in the Minnesota Mankato area. This individual will be expected to work some weekends and holidays.
The Home Health Aide is responsible for providing personal care and other designated health-related services designed to maintain the client's physical and emotional well-being. Specific responsibilities include:
Assists in the client's plan of care to help each client reach and maintain his or her highest level of performance and independence.
Observes client documents and reports changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, loss of appetite, weight. Communicates with client and/or family while in client's home as appropriate.
Participates in care conferences with other health team members as needed
Prepare meals as directed and requested, following special meal plans if instructed. Provides light housekeeping and laundry services as directed by the client.
Responds appropriately to safety hazards, fire and other emergency situations
Other duties as assigned.

This position requires a person who has a High School Diploma or GED along with a Certified Nursing Assistant license in the state in which working. All Ecumen employees must possess the ability to communicate effectively, including written and verbal skills; work well, both individually and as part of a team, through respect, collaboration and dedication; and successfully interact with a diverse culture base. The successful candidate must be able to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently, and demonstrate a positive attitude, high integrity and ethical awareness.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
