Job Description
Day-to-day management of clinical support workflow and staff in two locations
Supervision of department staff (6-10 MAs and LPNs) including scheduling, hiring, training, corrective conversations and actions
Work closely with physicians to ensure clinical needs are met
Create department policies and procedures, as needed, to ensure provider support and patient safety, and compliance with all regulatory agencies
Oversee Point of Care testing, including writing policies and ensuring adherence
Oversee vaccination management
Interface with allergy department, physicians, lab services and medical records as needed
Establish effective inventory management system in both locations
Willingness and ability to perform all department functions when necessary
Qualifications
RN or LPN with 3-5 years management experience required
5
years clinical experience required
Familiarity and/or experience with clinical workflow design preferred
Flexibility with travelling between two locations (Needham and Dedham)
Flexibility with shift times (between 7:30am and 6pm)
This is a full-time position with benefits available.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
