MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Two (2) years of experience in quality control and sufficient training and skills to administer quality program that utilizes inspection and statistical process. Knowledge of hand-held inspection hardware, office hard and software used to generate inspection summary reports. Knowledge of military food service ( US Army FM 21-10) quality requirements that will be used to develop food service training program. Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent employee/customer service skills. Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable under the GCE's policy.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Individual will be responsible for developing and conducting a Quality Control Plan (QCP), maintaining/updating the QCP throughout the contract term. Inspecting services for defects, timeliness and discrepancies. Receives customer complaints and seeks and develop resolution(s). Maintains customer complaint log and is a primary channel of communication between Dining Facility Managers and GCE personnel. Person will be responsible for developing and conducting a training program to meet the training requirements of the contract statement of work.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Lift and/or move up to 30 pounds occasionally. Standing or walking for long periods of time.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
