Sutherland Global Services is searching for a Team Manager with the ability to coach and mentor. If you have what it takes to manage a team of licensed sales agents selling, and positively promoting, client insurance products to potential customers, we want to hear from you!
Inbound call environment = no outbounds / no cold calling!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Business Objectives, Performance Factors, and Sutherland Values for a team of licensed sales agents
Conduct performance appraisals in accordance with standard performance development plans
Drive program sales results to meet/exceed stated metrics
Ensure all quality and client business standards are achieved
Provide team with structured feedback on performance results through meetings, training, and coaching sessions
Keep Account Manager and client updated at all times through the timely completion and submission of all requested reports
Recommend operational improvements, implement program policies/procedures, and make hiring decisions
QUALIFICATIONS

years of sales coaching or management experience
Bachelor degree or equivalent business experience
Ability to stand by principles, business and ethical, in the face of high growth, a hyper-competitive marketplace and entrepreneurial zeal
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while still making well-thought-out, fact-based decisions quickly and decisively
Ability to work in a metric-driven environment with a laser focus on cost and growth
Ability to always keep execution excellence with regard to customer service as a central focus in decision making
Ability to self-manage toward specific goals in order to ensure completion of all assigned tasks within agreed upon timelines
Communication and interpersonal skills - provide coaching and developmental feedback to dynamic workforce
