Knowledge of all aspects of residential maintenancehvac troubleshooting, painting, carpentry, drywall repair, plumbing, light electrical, good mechanical aptitudeable to move items with hand truck such as washer or dryer as neededlight landscaping seasonal
Must be clean-cutpass background checkpass drug testclean driving record
This position requires self motivation and time management skills
Hours are M-F 0830-1700 with occasional weekend for emergencies only
2 weeks paid vacation upon completion of 12 mos of service
salary review after 6 mos of service
Must have own hand tools
Company has a maintenance van
