Senior Administrative Assistant

Answers the telephone, takes message, typing as required.
Handles basic inquiries and interacts with peers and management level staff, primarily with inside contacts. .Makes travel arrangements on an infrequent basis.
Solves routine problems and refers more complex issues to higher levels.
Creates reports requiring some manipulation of information, but generally uses established data or information provided by others. The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
1. High school graduate or equivalent (GED). One to three years administrative and customer service experience.
2. Good judgment and decision making skills. Must be able to handle multiple priorities successfully and solve problems within scope of position.
3. Basic word processing, scheduling, and e-mail skills. Basic communication skills
4.Basic knowledge of company policies and procedures. Applies basic skills appropriate to the position.
