Duties include:
Developing, evaluating and implementing recruiting programs with consistent processes for all levels of personnel from mechanics to management;
Proposing and implementing ongoing improvements to company recruitment efforts;
Managing up to 70
open requisitions;
Processing and maintaining open position reports;
Ensuring that recruitment costs are within budget;
Researching and recommending alternative recruitment solutions including job posting and internet recruitment management;
Measuring the effectiveness of recruitment programs as well as talent management programs;
Providing input and leadership to business leaders regarding recruitment.
EDUCATION: 4-year degree preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
5
years of experience in high-volume recruiting in a corporate or third party environment;
Experience in an industry such as heavy equipment or construction is preferred;
Experience building and managing talent projects, relationships with schools, etc.;
Willing and able to travel up to 25%, working remotely from several locations;
Strong leadership, initiative, and consultative skills;
Proven ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency;
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and intranet/internet.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
