The Corporate Attorney will provide support to the EVP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary on a broad range of legal and corporate governance matters. Responsibilities include providing advice and counsel and the preparation, review and negotiation of contracts, including license, sales, services, non-disclosure, purchasing and merger/acquisition agreements. The Corporate Attorney will also provide legal support and counsel to management of the Companys business units and corporate functional departments on matters including corporate governance, contracts, employment, commercial and strategic transactions, intellectual property and insurance / risk management.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
