This position is primarily responsible for supporting companys business and general operations in structuring, reviewing, revising, negotiating and closing transactions, interacting with companys finance team, business unit leaders and regional management and other internal stakeholders. Providing first point of contact support for non-revenue contract related legal issues arising (e. g. employment agreements, leasing and purchasing agreements etc.). Identifying legal and operational risks and advising the business on options and consequences.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
