The Dynamics AX Developer is an individual contributor responsible for managing small projects as well as portions of large implementations independently. The individual in this role will have very strong communication skills and a high level of comfort interacting with others as they will be expected to provide guidance daily to internal consultants as well as to clients. The Dynamics AX Developer will take personal ownership of the success of deliverables and projects.
As a Green Beacon Consultant, you are immersed in all aspects of our end-to-end development and solution implementation process which will include:
Meeting with the client to understand their business and technical challenges;
Developing a plan to solve their problems;
Identifying the appropriate resources and successfully execute on the plan;
Ensuring that the plan supports the client's goals and expectations, and be willing to make adjustments to exceed these expectations. Everything you do is geared toward achieving bottom-line results for our clients.
Essential Responsibilities of Position
Actively participates in facilitated discussions with the client and project teams. Understands and communicates client's needs, project team's goals, and individual role in building custom and package solutions for clients.
Manages and delivers small projects independently. Leads other consultants in deliveringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
