Hyannis Port Research is experiencing strong growth and seeking a motivated software developer with strong leadership capabilities and the interest build and manage a world-class multi-disciplined development team. This dynamic position requires a person who can work as an individual contributor on our core product while managing a team of 6-8 engineers. Management responsibilities include:
Managing daily engineering activity
Creating and maintaining world-class development plans
Ensuring that organizational goals are being met
Foster a fun and interesting culture that encourages innovation and sharing ideas
Qualifications:
BSCS/BSEE or higher degree
Experience with C/C+
in a Linux/Unix development environment (or similar language)
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analysis skills
Networking TCP/IP, Ethernet, LANS
Proficiency in Linux environment preferred
Strong Communication skills
