Under the guidance of the Executive Director, the Aquatics Program Director is responsible for the safety, development, implementation, and supervision of the aquatics facility, swim lessons and swim team programs to further the mission of the
Wellness and Aquatics Complex.
Responsibilities:
Direction, coordination and supervision of the aquatics department including all programs, staff and physical operation.
Manage aquatic programs for all members and participants, available to answer questions and assist members, proactively recruit new members while maintaining strong relationships with current members or participants
Constant evaluation of aquatic programs and determine when and how to change existing programs or when and how to create new programs.
Continual goal of enhancing usage of the pool and meeting the needs of the community.
Teach or coach swim team, youth swim lessons and or lifeguarding as needed.
Monitor program registration and maintain accurate records of all class participants and evaluations for each class.
Mange pool maintenance and chemical balance to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
3
years experience in aquatic operations management and/or supervisory experience
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with others
Must be well organized and possess solid management practices.
Strong teaching, supervisory, technical and organizational skills
Desired Certifications:
Current Lifeguard Certification through Ellis & Associates or other nationally recognized certification
Pool OperatorEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
