Our client is seeking a Sales Representative in their Norwalk, OH office. This position is an addition to their expanding sales staff. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and executing new sales growth and maintenance of existing clients. The position requires prospecting for new customers, consulting with decision makers to achieve understanding of how product application meet customer needs, resulting in the development of new, profitable sales ventures. This individual will represent the company in industry and regulatory related committees, trade shows and accredited training sessions. Also involved is the utilization of proficient business writing, production of high quality business and marketing materials and professional public speaking engagements. Sales are National.
A minimum of five years in industrial sales with preference in the area of water treatment, wastewater treatment or other home construction related products is preferred. Candidates will have a proven track record of profitable growth and an excellent reputation for leadership in total solution selling and account management. The individual will have demonstrated leadership with a high level of urgency and a strong commitment to winning sales and understanding how to win consistently. Must possess the ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude and articulate mechanical processes. Experience is selling an engineered product is a plus; mechanical product knowledge is preferred.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for approximately 30% travel; but will be required to report to the office 5 days a week. A company car is provided.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
