To work with our Fulfillment and Teledemand teams and implement marketing programs that will improve the volume and quality of our leads.
JOB SPECS:
Be an
EXPERT
- Learn the ropes of our Teledemand operations and develop processes that will help us manage teams as well as coordinate, monitor and track campaign performance and quality assurance efforts.
Be a
RESOURCE
- Offer guidance to our teledemand specialists by developing training materials based on reported analysis. Work directly with the team and their managers and create new partnerships for team growth. Motivate as you train and become responsible for managing a sub-set of teams.
Be
FLEXIBLE
- Maintain your organized, detail-oriented and goal-driven self even when faced with changing priorities and collaborative compromises. AssistEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
