Lead Software Developer guides the team in the design and development of product features and bug fixes, delivering in 2-4 week sprint cycles.
Design, develop, unit test, and document specific features.
Follow development lifecycle guidelines.
Act as a leader for teams of developers, QA analysts, and business analysts, OR sometimes as lead engineer on more complex problems.
SCRUM, Agile, Lean, Kanban, Iterative, Incremental delivery experience.
Track record of technical achievements, delivering to tight schedules.
Bachelor's degree in computer related field or equivalent experience.
7-10 years of software engineering experience.
Strong knowledge of web-based technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Strong knowledge of Java, JSP, and SQL (MS SQL Server).
Self-motivated, able to learn and research issues independently.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
