IMPORT / EXPORT REPRESENTATIVE

Import/Export Candidate needed for a Van Nuys Location.
Qualifications:
Reading import export regulations - in & out of U.S.
Airline requirement & ocean requirement
Fill out import-export documentation.
Coordinate with Customs broker agents for clearance on shipments.
Tracing / tracking of shipments - written - online - verbal
Handle claims with vendors if any shipment problems happen to occur.
Excel/Word/Microsoft office
Bilingual/Spanish a plus
Freight forwards & vendor communication
China communications - factories - freight forwards & booking agencies
Accurate & good follow ups skill & detail orientated
1-2 years' experience at the minimum years
Communicate sales team, logistics
