Review and interpret incoming sketch and attachment data and utilize a customized document management system (Documentum) to initiate workorders for the Engineering Plan Services staff.
Apply business rules to make decisions regarding the prioritization and distribution of work.
Use digital scanners, CAD systems, and other tools to produce limited revisions of plan drawings and attachments.
Work with electronic and paper documents, ensuring proper filing and tracking.
Perform administrative/clerical duties.
Assoc. Degree / Diploma / Certificate in CAD/GIS Engineering
1 year in a production environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills, operational knowledge of standard tools such as PC's, scanners, plotters, printers and e-mail. Technical systems proficiency encompassing CAD GIS, imaging, document management, and/or programming languages. Ability to work independently or in concert with others dependant on project requirements.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
