LG is looking for an IR Claims Analyst in our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office.
Responsible for auditing customer''s Instant Rebate (IR) claims, processing credit notes, and resolving any issues pertaining to IR.
Review and verify validity of IR claims submitted by customer. Reconcile customer sell-out quantity with SCM data and LG sales history.
Acquire approval on verified and valid claims for credit memo in accordance with current Authorization Matrix. Prepare and send claim denial letter for invalid claims.
Resolve any issues and conflicts pertaining to IR claims. Provide best answers to all customer inquiries within 48 hours lead time.
Provide trainings to internal/external customers for IR claim and Sales portal functions.
Work closley with Sales portal IT personnel for improvements, technical issues and any new system developments for IR claims.
Communicate daily with PP&T; and SPM departments for promotion and sales programs issue.
Minimize duplicate claims and errors. Daily check for and rectify any inaccuracy. Minimize and maintain IR process lead time.
Maintain credit memo & backfill filing system in both Sales portal and off-line.
Create weekly and monthly reports for Sales portal claim status result and result to management.
Bachelor''s Degree in Accounting, Business, or Marketing
0-3 years of corporate job experience
Proficient in Excel and Power Point
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer service skills
Self-motivated and be able to work under pressure in fast paced environment

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
