## Job Description
This position is responsible for the operational excellence of Emergency Medical Services and Security of the facility. Ensures the EMS department delivers quality services in accordance with application policies, procedures and professional standards and in a patient centered, cost effective environment. Is responsible for the direct supervision of Paramedics and EMT-Bs.
This position oversees assigned shift operations, provides training to staff members and conducts evaluation testing to assure performance standardization and compliance. This position plays a role during emergency operations and when incidents arise, assist in the organization''s process for executing the National Incident Management System (NIMS). This position is responsible for supervising Paramedics, EMT-B''s, Security and EMS Billing personnel.
