The Gift Shop Sales Clerk is responsible for the daily operations of the Gift Shop while on duty and the training of volunteers to staff the shop in adherence to the policy and procedures of Miller Dwan Auxiliary. Position requires high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients, co-workers, and others.
