The Logistician (Team Lead) will apply, as appropriate, data collecting, analyzing, modeling, transaction flow analysis, internal control and risk analysis, and modern business methods and performance measurement techniques. The Team Lead will assist in establishing standards for information system procedures. This position will be responsible for preparing Business Case Analysis on topics related to the performance of the resultant Task Order(s) and for developing and applying enterprise-wide information models for use in designing and building integrated, shared software and database management systems. In addition, the Team Lead will provide business improvement projects, after identifying, proposing and prioritizing opportunities which will provide the optimal value to the enterprise consistent with corporate information management guiding principles, and open system architecture objectives. This individual will lead a team of subject matter specialists in medical materiel cost efficient strategies.
Requires Masters degree in Haelthcare Administration, Business Administration, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
Requires 8-10 years experience.
Requires 8-10 years of experience in medical logistics, medical materiel efficiencies, supply chain management, project management methods, processes and terminology. Experience also required in data collection & analysis, requirements analysis, systems analysis and design, program design, and documentation preparation. In addition, this position requires experience in implementing business re-engineering of medical healthcare systems and a strong understanding of DoD''s Medical Health System, but not limited to the operational environment.
