This position will be in the WHQ Compensation & Benefits team at BIS and report to the manager of Global Compensation. The successful candidate will support BIS global compensation programs (e.g., salary planning, incentive compensation, market pay analysis), deliver workforce analytics and support the implementation of a global HR management system.
Responsibilities will include:
Assist with, and provide analysis for, annual HR programs relating to analytics and compensation, including: employment cost planning, salary planning and incentive planning
Leverage analytical tools, provide robust analysis, use benchmarking and deliver thoughtful recommendations in the HR functional areas
Partner with global BIS HR and controllers to develop and support HR metrics
Assist with developing education programs and tools for HR business partners to improve program effectiveness
Leverage tools and drive best practices to support global business initiatives
Partner with global BIS HR teams to provide project support and analysis for the UTC Global HR Project in the areas of global compensation structures and compensation management tools
Manage various project assignments related to workforce analytics and compensation as needed.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
