Overview of Job Function:
The Sr. Specialist, Marketing is a multi-faceted, field-facing role within the Americas Regional Marketing team. He/she will be responsible for defining and executing an integrated regional marketing plan based on the goals of the organization and field sales team that emphasizes lead generation strategies and tactics that will accelerate pipeline development. This role will support all aspects of building, executing and measuring regional demand generation plans including event marketing, advertising, prospecting, install base programs, account-based marketing, digital marketing and marketing communications. This role encompasses senior-level communications, heavy sales-interface, marketing plan creation, and program development along with detailed tactical execution and program management.
Principal Duties and Essential
Responsibilities:
Drive overall regional marketing plan that is aligned to corporate marketing and sales priorities and designed to deliver leads and build/accelerate pipeline for the Americas sales organization
Manage the marketing mix and budget, including sales enablement programs, demand generation activities, partner programs, events, marketing collateral and web presence.
Drive adoption and full utilization of program tools, incentives and programs.
Assist with the creation of sales enablement tools including brochures, data sheets, emails, white papers, webinars, videos and presentations.
Monitor and track all marketing activities to enforce accountability and responsiveness, maximizing ROI of marketing spend.
Contact acquisition and development strategy for local market: by vertical, job role, target account, suspect/prospect/customer.
Maintain line of sight into all marketing activities executed regionally; serve as the key 'go-to' person for reporting on marketing effectiveness for all marketing-driven activities.
Manage event planning and logistics, vendor and budget management, and research industry events to identify new field opportunities. Responsible for flawless on- and off-site event management.
Consistently bring new ideas for promotional/advertising opportunities. Have full responsibility of related tradeshows and special events.
Success Metrics: Pipeline contribution from marketing-generated leads; MQLs generated for in-region customers/prospects; MQL-SQL-Closed Won conversion rate; program delivery KPIs, sales activities/participation in programs and utilization of tools.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent

years of experience in the B2B marketing, including applicable experience in regional/field marketing and demand generation roles.
Track record of successful planning and executing of marketing campaigns to meet demand generation and revenue goals.
Proven experience as the go-to marketing resource for field sales teams and sales management.
Proven project management and campaign management skills.
Minimum level experience with building campaigns through Marketing Automation Platforms.
Experience working with SFDC (or other similar tool) for lead/pipeline analytics and reporting.
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point and the Adobe Creative Suite.
Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, multi-tasker, creative and analytical.
High-level of collaboration, attention to detail, astute problem-solving skills and the ability to manage many projects simultaneously.
Available to travel about 25% of the time.
Successful completion of Verint background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, and SS verification
Preferred Requirements:
Proven track record of excelling in a field-facing role
Experience using Eloqua experience preferred.
Experience in B2B technology industry is ideal.
