Quality Specialist Job Purpose:
Provides Quality related Customer Criteria requirements to the production processes to
prevent and detect sub-par Part quality and provides improvement support/direction.

Quality Engineer Job Duties:
- Develop PFMEA?s with Team to highlight possible failure modes.
- Develop Control Plan?s to address and control possible failure modes.
- Develop Operation Quality Plans, Inspection Instructions and Gage Instructions.
- Perform Gage R&R?s.
- Manage Gage Calibrations (Internal and External).
- Support Production, Rework and Quality sort functions to ensure production timing.
- Determines quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes.
- Establishes statistical confidence by identifying sample size and acceptable error; determining levels of confidence.
- Establishes and performs statistical Capability tests.
- Develops experiments to better verify or predict process and part Quality changes.
- Develops sampling plans by applying attribute, variable, and sequential sampling methods.
- Maintains statistical process controls by applying charts for distribution control.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education Requirements:
- An associate's degree in Manufacturing/Quality Engineering and/or min. 5 years Quality Technician/Quality Eng. Position held (minimum requirement for entry-level position).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
