Overview of The Department:
The Global Banking Group (GBG) at American Express is looking for an energetic and organized self-starter to manage the content of a new digital internal communications tool. The individual in this part-time position will be responsible for day-to-day management of the communication tool including data entry, troubleshooting, analytics, and reporting. Successful management will require frequent and regular coordination with the larger support team including the senior leadership offices, Communications team, internal technology departments and the software vendor.

Responsibilities:
Aggregate and prioritize requests from multiple stakeholders to ensure information and frequency of communication within the organization is appropriate
Work with leadership, vendor and American Express Technologies to identify future tool developments and enhancements
Ownership and development of future analytics and reporting such as producing message stats and quantifying benefits
Continuously enhance process for message distribution to drive efficiencies and enhance GBG engagement level

Qualifications:
Must be reliable, detailed oriented and highly confident in working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle multiple requests and stakeholders and prioritize requests accordingly
Proven relationship building skills working with multiple departments and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong project management skills; can be counted on to follow through on responsibilities with limited oversight
Demonstrated ability and self-motivation to excel within a virtual environment
Ability to quickly master new or unfamiliar digital solutions and stay abreast of enhancements
Preferred Additional:
Experience with graphic development tools such as Adobe Premier Pro, Photoshop is a plus
Knowledge of Audio/Video standards and distribution and digital signage is a plus
Experience with Sharepoint, website management and analytics including Adobe and Omniture is a plus
