ADP is searching for a successful Sr. Application Developer to join our high performance team. The successful candidate will have a strong command of software programming, latest web technologies and frameworks. This is a senior position responsible for developing innovative, scalable and highly interactive web applications.

Responsibilities
1.Collaborate with business analysts to define software requirements for programming effort
2.Design and implement backend application interfaces for data and services
3.Support production software operations, test and debug programs
4.Report progress and status of assigned tasks to project teams and managers
5.Provide technical leadership and motivation to junior developers

Qualifications
1.Expert in JavaScript development
2.Experience with Node.JS, REST and JSON- TOP PRIORITY!
3.Strong understanding of object oriented design and MVC patterns
4.Programming skills on other languages i.e. Java, PHP, and Python
5.Experience with SQL and NoSQL data stores, preferably MongoDB
6.Experience with systems across multiple platforms Windows, Linux and UNIX
7.Experience with open source software
8.Excellent understanding of web security practices
9.Good understanding of agile development and continuous integration
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Passion for great user experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline is desirable
