Management Analyst - Conduct research and analysis in business management procedures using Excel, Powerpoint, Crystal Reports, MS Office. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations. Analyze current business processes and build current process model diagrams and make recommendations on changes to improve process. Analyze system inaccuracies and inefficiencies and implement operational solutions. Ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures. Create management manuals and handbooks. Create training documentation and perform training for employees. Require: Bachelors degree in Business Administration and 6 months of experience.
