PRIMARY
Responsibilities:
Elicit and provide guidance on requirements elicitation from business partners and end customers
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Provide time estimates for new development, proposals and change orders
Utilize industry best practices where applicable
Manage the Business Technology Services (BTS) team to ensure a strong team environment is fostered to proactively support all aspects of the SAP environment, and any other technologies to enable our business
Ability to manage up, down and across to peers, building a total team environment
Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of SAP application-usage and configuration best practices; seek out opportunities to leverage application usage best practices
Ability to provide process improvement and definition assistance for IT and business partners to facilitate standard functionality in the core SAP modules
The successful individual in this position will apply proven collaboration skills, project management, communication and problem-solving skills to guide and assist business partners, vendors and IT staff on areas related to the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical information systems.
A proven record of leadership and SAP ERP/Software knowledge is essential to ensure success in this position including the ability to successfully translate technical concepts to business terms.
The successful candidate will foster a strong team environment and possess excellent communication skills to effectively work in an environment that is dynamic and fast paced. Adaptability is required to adjust to variable business scenarios, while adhering to standards. Summary of essential job functions
Minimum 10 years' experience working with and configuring SAP, MS Project and MS Office
Minimum 5
years' experience managing resources and personnel development
Knowledge of standard diagramming tools a plus
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent collaboration skills
Large Project Management experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
