Account Manager Selling Consulting & Training Services
Our client helps small and mid-sized New Jersey companies to solve problems, increase productivity, improve their economic competitiveness, and enhance their technological capabilities. We need accomplished, successful sales professionals to join the team!
We ares currently interviewing Account Managers who will be responsible for seeking out new sales opportunities, helping New Jersey C level executives and business owners complete a Business Assessment to identify problem areas and uncover opportunities. You will create a client proposal & scope of work utilizing the firm's Services Consultants to improve the business health and profitability.
My client assists its sales people with telemarketing leads, scheduling appointments, prospect databases, product training, presentation material and technical assistance from their Professional Services Consultants.
As a full time employee, Account Managers are eligible for benefits including Medical, Dental, Life, AD&D, STD, LTD, 401K, Holidays, and PTO days.
Compensation is based on your performance. You will receive a base salary, incentive, auto and cell phone expense reimbursements for business related expenses.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree
5-10 years of outside sales experience preferred, positive sales-oriented personality
Strong communication skills, verbal, written and interpersonal
Experience in conducting sales presentations
Proficiency in MS Office and Internet use, knowledge of CRM applications helpful
Understanding of the clients needs and clearly articulate how the firm's solutions fit their needs
Develop strong business relationships with clients such that they turn to the firm for their additional needs
