Facility Maintenance Technician:
Thriving Nashville property management company maintenance technician for full time job on a Temp to Hire basis (NOT Temp).
Will be responsible for maintenance and upkeep facility equipment, fixtures, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, etc. Will test and troubleshoot electrical / mechanical equipment, handle scheduled maintenance, make appropriate repairs, order replacement parts, and coordinate with outside contractors when needed.
This is a Temp to Hire position (NOT Temp).
Hours: 7:00am-4:00pm
Location: Nashville, TN
Compensation: $22.00 per hour
Benefits: Health Insurance, Vacation, Holiday and Sick Pay, 401K.
Requirements: Prior related experience necessary.
