We are an Italian Tile Manufacturing Company that will be opening our North American facility in the Lebanon, TN area this August. Our company is in need of a Junior Accountant that is looking for long-term job stability with a company that expects to grow quickly in the North American tile market. This candidate will be well diverse in all accounting software such as Quickbooks etc. The candidate we are in need of must also have 2-3 years work experience (preferably in a manufacturing atmosphere) with Microsoft Word and Excel. They will keep up with all accounts payable and receivable as well as assisting with other accounting functions pertaining to our staff and clients. This person will work with the senior accountant with the company to insure all daily accounting functions are met. This is a full-time salaried position with benefits and job stability. Job Functions Include but are not limited to:
oManage and review of financial transactions related to the day-to-day business
oProcess accounts payable
oProcess accounts receivables
oPrepare check-runs
oPerform data-entry functions
oMaintain filing systems
oProvide support function for month-end reporting procedures
oProvide support function for annual audit and tax preparations
oAssist with preparation and scheduling of meetings
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
