Business System Analyst:4 years or more experience as a Business Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, or relatedexperience.
Gathering and documenting business requirements and converting business requirements totechnical requirements.
Strong experience with documenting technical requirements and Systems Development Life Cycle.
Experience with SQL, writing SQL queries, and running SQL queries.
Strong written and verbal communications skills needed; ability to tailor approach based uponaudience and message.
Must possess strong problem solving analytical skills.
Understanding of requirement tools such as Rationale or HP tools preferred.
Understanding of database querying tools
Understanding of Pega System or Pega PRPC preferred.
Insurance Claims experience required
Experience or knowledge of process or solution diagraming such as Process Flows
Experience or knowledge with Scrum and/or Agile methodology preferred.
Insurance application system design/analysis
