Position
Summary:
The Non-IT Sourcing Analyst is responsible to review, approve and negotiate requisitions and agreements within either existing MSA contracts or Terms and Conditions. The analysts will work directly with end users and vendors in this effort, with a focus on timely delivery of support and agreement completion. The analyst will escalate when necessary to the appropriate Sourcing Manager for support in this effort. The analyst is also responsible to identify areas for improvement in specific contracts uncovered during reviews and in the overall processes that Core Procurement utilize. The Non-IT Sourcing Analyst will work directly with category managers in the Non-It areas to correct the contract issues and improve the overall processes. The Analyst will be the primary contact for contingent labor requisitions while supporting other categories as time and experience allow
Responsibilities would include:
Basic Buyer
Contingent Labor Requisitions and Generate CL purchase orders
PO Contract Review
Advise Internal Clients on procurement practices
Develop Category Strategy
Deal Negotiation
