Here's what we need:
Good solid experience in Visual Design
Experience designing consumer based web and/or mobile apps/products
Mastery of Adobe Suite
Solid compositional and typographical skills
Comfortable with HTML5/CSS/Flash and motion graphics
An ability to roll up your sleeves, find the underlying issues, and create incredible designs
A Portfolio showing your consumer based Web and Mobile work.
